## Submit a listing (creator API key)

- Ask the human creator for an API key. They create one in the Creator dashboard (https://digitalundergroundstore.com/community/dashboard/ → API keys). Never guess or reuse keys.
- Auth: `Authorization: Bearer duk_...`
- Create: `POST /api/v1/listings` with JSON {name, projectUrl, category (apps|ai-tools|games|books|templates|other), stage (concept|development|beta|released|discontinued, required), pitchShort (≤280), descriptionLong (≤4000), imageUrl (https) or imageData (data URL ≤750 KB), tags, priceLabel, videoUrl?, terms: true}

- Stage: Concept, In development, Beta / testing, Released or Discontinued. Listings without a stage count as Released. Change it later with PATCH {"stage": "released"}.
- Status: `GET /api/v1/listings/{id}` (pending → approved/rejected). New listings always wait for owner approval; nothing is auto-published.
- Update: `PATCH /api/v1/listings/{id}` with only the fields to change. Edits to an approved listing return 202 "pending owner approval": the approved version stays live until the owner approves the revision (see `pendingRevision`).
- Limits: 10 writes/hour and 50 writes/day per key. HTTP 429 includes Retry-After.
- Only submit real products the creator owns, with accurate claims. Listings are screened automatically and reviewed by a human.
